Did I mention that the house you'll be staying at has the latest home automation systems of the 80s!? Now you know! Simply clap twice in any room in the house to toggle the lights on/off. We sure are lucky that there are no entities around that can take advantage of this.
Immerse yourself in the environment with amnesia-like physical interactions, volumetric audio and PS1 style graphics.
It ain't much, but it's honest work.
I suggest you don't go snooping around too much, it's for your own good.

One of the best indie horror games i have ever played! Jumpscares got me good heard there is other endings and i think i got the good one. Watch my playthrough :)

I loved it. I am out of words and for it to be your first indie game I am astonished with the work that you have put in. I love the check point mech so much, the suspense leading up was fantastic, and the ending wrapped up the short story. I am looking forward for more Nightmare Files titles!(The only issue the game had was the door system. It was nice touch to have them shut adding to the effect of a creepy house but could have gone through without it.) Keep up the work <3

Um, pardon me but i have found a glitch in the game and the glitch that i am talking about is that when i go to sleep with the food i wake up and i can move whil being in the bed and when i fell off the bed it told me to get up, i got up and i was teleported outside of the house and it did not let me enter to figure out what was going on, sorry for the trouble, him1967.
sheesh, i really enjoyed this one! creeped me out and i love the lore and context put into it! would love to see more style of horror games from you in the future! (it's the 2nd game i played in this video
